Top 3 from the 2025 Ms. Olympia, winner of any open pro Women's Bodybuilding contest in the 2026 window, or top 3 from the Rising Phoenix. No points ladder -- win-and-you're-in. Former Ms. Olympia champions hold lifetime eligibility (automatic within 5 years of their last win, otherwise subject to IFBB Pro League approval).
