Top 3 from the 2025 Fitness Olympia, or winner of any open pro Fitness contest in the 2026 window. No points ladder -- win-and-you're-in. Fitness scores a routine/finals round (unlike the other women's divisions). Former Fitness Olympia champions hold lifetime eligibility (automatic within 5 years of their last win, otherwise subject to IFBB Pro League approval).
